At the John Frost School, professional learning for teachers enables them to provide engaging and enjoyable lessons, with a focus on individual student progress. 

Assessment for learning is at the heart of our curriculum, allowing each student to understand where their strengths and areas for development lie.  Our lessons are supported by a highly effective and comprehensive intervention programme, supporting students with literacy, numeracy and any wellbeing/inclusion needs they may have. 

Our Teaching Assistants are well qualified and enthusiastic and are deployed carefully to ensure all students who need support receive it.
