At The John Frost School we have a comprehensive approach to blended learning. 

We use the Teams App through Hwb both in school during lessons and to communicate with students outside of lessons when the need arises. 

If a student is working from home due to illness or another authorised reason, teachers will provide work via the class Team.  Students can communicate with their teachers via the Team also. It is vital that your child knows their Hwb username and password as this is required for them to access their class Teams. 

Please note that all homework is also set via the class Team for your child.  The only homework not set via the class Team is the minimum expected nightly homework for students in Y7-10, who are expected to read their Accelerated Reader book for 25 minutes each evening and complete 10 minutes of times table practice each evening. 

If your child cannot access Hwb or Teams, please contact the school.  We will do our very best to support your child in this situation.
